Editorial Reviews Apple iPod nano 8 GB Pink (4th Generation)From Apple Computer

Amazon.com Product Description--Posted September 9, 2008 With eight amazing colors, a new curved design, and great new features, iPod nano rocks like never before. The Genius Playlist feature finds the songs in your music library that go great together and makes a playlist for you. With its built-in accelerometer, iPod nano is made to move. Give it a shake, and it shuffles to a different song in your library. Turn it on its side to flip through your album art in Cover Flow. And tilt, move, and play accelerometer-inspired games (games available separately). Watching movies, TV shows, and video is even more fun on the sharp 2-inch screen. And your photos (up to 7,000 of them) look great in portrait or landscape view. Available in 8 GB and 16 GB models, the 8 GB iPod nano puts up to 2,000 songs or 8 hours of video in your pocket.
A Musical GeniusSay you're listening to a song you really like and want to hear other tracks that go great with it. The Genius Playlist feature finds the songs in your music library that go great together and makes a Genius Playlist for you. It's like having your own highly intelligent, personal DJ.
Find Your Music FasterIt's even easier to find the song you want to hear. Now you can view your album art in Cover Flow. Or just press and hold the Center button to browse by album or artist. When you find the right song, press the Center button to add it to your on-the-go playlist.
Rock and Roll OverTilt or turn iPod nano on its side, and you'll listen, watch, and play in new ways. You can flip through your album art with Cover Flow. Or, vertically speaking, see more albums and artists on the screen at one time.
Shake Your Groove ThingSometimes, we could all use a little unpredictability. And now you can shake to change your music. Just give iPod nano a shake, and it shuffles to a different song in your music library. You'll always be surprised by what you'll hear.
Let the Games BeginNow you can get in on games made especially for iPod nano and the accelerometer. They respond to the way you move, so they're immersive, addictive, and a blast. The iPod nano comes with Maze, which lets you work your way through vast mazes by tilting and moving. You can find even more games on the iTunes Store.
Even Your Photos RockPull hundreds of photos from your pocket and share them wherever you go. Hold iPod nano upright and see your photos in portrait view. Turn the player on its side to see them in landscape. Your photos look beautiful in their proper aspect ratio on the vibrant, 320-by-240-resolution display.

Customer Reviews Apple iPod nano 8 GB Pink (4th Generation)From Apple Computer
I can't go out without my ipod Excellent Product! It's tiny and practical. I can't go out every morning with out it.
Love my new nano! I upgraded from a second generation 4 GB, and cannot believe how small this ipod is and it has double the memory. Really enjoy the shake to shuffle feature, I read other reviews on Amazon saying how "sensitive" this feature is, but have found that claim to be false. I have to really shake it to change the song.
Newbie First Ipod (or any personal music device for that matter). Found it easy to load music and operate. Have over 300 CDs loaded and still have space left. So far, no real complaints except genuine Apple accessories very expensive add ons. Comparable accesories found in variety of on-line stores that were sufficient quality and much lower price (ie chargers, covers, etc.

Small & Powerful This small wall wort works as advertised. It travels well because of it's small size. Too bad it wasn't included with the iPod.
Beware Apple part number MB352LL/B includes a cable. This seller, apparently has decided to sell only the cube claiming that it is the same part number. You will get no cable...this is no bargain, by the time you buy a cable (that supposed to come with it) stick with Apple. Deceptive seller.
Rip off I bought this from amazon 3-8 for $28.54, on 3-12 they sent me an ad for the same thing for $12.50. Whath out for these people!

Customer Reviews Kensington Battery Pack and Charger for iPod; iPhone 1G, 3GFrom Kensington

You may not get what you ordered, but don't blame Amazon The Kensington Battery Amazon is selling is model K33396US. Amazon just shipped me the K38021/K33396, but the packaging still has K33396US printed on it. Why is this important? The K33396US has a battery charger designed for travel abroad. It has two European style plug adaptors that slip into the battery charger. The K38021/K33396 has a fixed battery charger with a US only plug. I think Kensington decided to save a few pennies by reducing the product's capabilities and then saved even more money by not changing the packaging or UPC. But not telling Amazon to update the model number on their product page? Not nice!
Great iPod accessory! Not only is this an extra battery for your iPod, but it also includes the dock to USB connector and a USB charger, so it's a charger for your iPod too! (And you can plug the iPod into the battery while it's charging to charge both at the same time!) Take just the charger and extra cord for short trips, and the bring the battery along for longer ones. I agree that some sort of travel bag would be useful too.
Amazing product! This battery pack extended the life of my iPod for my flight to India and back! In fact, I didn't have to charge my iPod using my computer or a wall outlet at all during the entire trip! It was fabulous!

Greatest invention ever. This is one of the most ingenius things I've ever owned! I absolutely ADORE mine. I can't believe I've ever run without it. It even encourages you when you've run your longest or fastest run to date. My only complaint is that if I run a 5k or 10k, the results obviously are shown in KM, and there's no way to convert to miles. This doesn't, however, bug me enough to knock off a star. No runner should be without this handy little gadget.
Will not work with 1 Generation Ipod touch I bought this product because it says it works with ipod touch 1st Generation. This is not true when I plug the receiver in to my touch it reads will not work with this device.
If you use it properly, it works great I was skeptical about buying this because I'd read so many bad reviews. Nike and Apple both live on hype, so how good could it really be? After a lot of online research on how to position the chip in your shoe and calibrate it properly, I decided to buy. I followed the steps (listed below) and have had no trouble. I did a one mile calibration and 3 weeks later the Nike+ was accurate to 200 feet on my half marathon! Incredible for something that costs $30. Maybe GPS is for hard core runners, but this would be fine for your average running fan. And the cool online running log is a great bonus you don't get with the geeky full feature GPS systems. The secret to making it work right: 1: position the chip face up, facing forward on your shoe 2: The chip must be held so it doesn't jiggle at all. (if you have nikes, this isn't a problem, but I don't so I cut a hole in my sole and made my own chip holder. I've see people use the lace holders with success, but it has to be really tight. 3: calibrate it for at least a mile on flat ground and try to run a consistent pace that is normal for your running. If you improve your average running time, you should recalibrate with the new pace for maximum accuracy. (Was this nerdy enough for everyone?)

Customer Reviews Transparent Clear Snap On Crystal Hard Cover Case for Apple Ipod Nano Chromatic 8GB 16GB 4G 4th GenerationFrom Bargaincell

Almost perfect... I got this case when I ordered my nano from amazon. It's cheap and I needed something to keep my new baby safe from the depths of my bag. The only thing I don't like about it is that the screen isn't covered. I can plug in my headphones fine and access the hold button fine. I can plug in the dock connector cable ok. Can't dock it with the case on though (and it's a little hard to pry off). So, that sucks. But for the money, this case is awesome. If the lack of screen protection is a deal breaker for you (or the lack of docking capability) I suggest the agent 18 case. It covers the screen and comes with both a universal dock adaptor that will allow you to dock with the case on, and a headphone cord keeper thingie. I'll probably splurge and get one, but in the mean time, this case is doing a great job. thanks!
Once it's on, it's on for good I just got this case today, I put it on, and I hate it. First of all it doesn't protect the screen which was the main reason I got it. Second, I cant plug my iTrip into my iPod anymore because the case is in the way. And finally I can't get the case off without breaking it. In conclusion, his case suck!!!
Awesome Inexpensive and as-advertised. Couldn't ask for anything more. Unlike many of the other reviews, mine came with a full case, which covered everything but the shuffle wheel, so no additional screen protection was needed. Keeps the little Nano slim and portable.

4 Hours on Goldbox???? Ugghh. No idey about the proddy but 4 hours on goldbox? If an item is hot it will move like Bolt, but 4 hours? C'mon Amy Zon!
The cords to short And the plug has to fit into my lighter in a specific direction/rotation to get power to the ipod.
Does not fit 3G iPhone, I question the workmanship My review will provide conflicting information to previous reviews. That said I provide my review in good faith hoping it will prevent another buyer from encountering the same problem. This car charger does NOT fit 3g iPhones. I purchased this car charger at WalMart which sells it a dollar cheaper then the lowest price currently listed on Amazon (1 Feb, 2009.) When the first unit would not attach where the base of the phone connects to the charging cord, I returned it for an exchange. With permission from WalMart Management I opened a second (and subsequently two additional) units to see if they would fit my iPhone. None of the Griffin PowerJolt Car Chargers would attach. To assure myself my iPhone wasn't at issue, I was allowed to open a different manufacturer's product and that car charger fit correctly. I strongly recommend you try this product before buying it. If other members are able to connect this to their 3G iPhone then there are significant differences in the quality and workmanship found in this Griffin product line. Respectfully submitted, K.K. Wonderful way to listen to my music What a way to make my music library so accessable. I am enjoying my ipod so much.
Hold 'em all This iPod can hold my entire musical collection, with room to spare. I just wish that it came in colors!
Classic is still great for storage The iPod classic still is the best for storage for all your music, movies and TV shows. The screen is small but you still can't get all this stuff on the newer flash memory Apple products.
